Top Tier was amazing. First during a downpour the owner came out to our house and put a tarp over the skylight that was leaking. Jason came out to give us an estimate and was extremely thorough and explained everything. The crew came and put up a tarp over the front porch and landscaping, the back deck and protection for grill. When it was finished they blow off the front and back decks, searched for any nails in the landscaping and the lawn. When they left you wouldn’t have known they were there if isn’t wasn’t for our beautiful new roof. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Last fall we noted our ceiling in living room had evidence of a small leak in it. We called Top Tier to see if they could help us out. Within a week the brother of the owner came out to inspect. He was courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable. He scheduled us for a repair around our chimney to stop the current leaking. The repair did indeed stop leaking around our chimney through winter and rainy spring time. But alas we knew we were due for a new roof! Our home inspector 6 years prior informed us we would need a new roof within 7-8 years. So we received a quote for an entire new roof down to the replacement of plywood on our 86 year old home.
