Dr. Martin is an excellent dentist. I had a fear of needles that kept me away from the dentist office. To my surprise, I did not feel the needle at all. My experience in the office was amazing. The dentist is typically a very stressful experience for me. However, my visit to Syracuse Smiles was delightful! The staff is pleasant and seemed to be genuinely interested in any concerns or questions that I had. I am looking forward to another visit with them!

They have gotten better over the years, however, they used to have a receptionist that they let perform some procedures and she was not done with dental school. I do like that they offer the goggles to watch shows during procedures and they work with anxious people to make them comfortable.
