I would recommend MIM to anyone. Patrick provides a welcoming, clean and challenging environment to anyone who is looking to get in shape, learn a new skill, or meet a community of people that love movement. His classes are catered to all levels and the classes are enjoyable! As a former fitness coach myself I would rate him as one of the best gyms in Syracuse.

I have been into lifting weights since my early teens, participated in a variety of sports including football, track, wrestling, karate, BJJ and mountain biking but my overall athleticism has expanded exponentially over the past 8-months of training at MIM with Patrick. I believe it is the combination of Patrick's depth of knowledge about human movement and insightful instruction that has helped me integrate sport specific patterns into a general capacity for motion.

Having not exercised or worked out before, I was a bit apprehensive of going to a gym. From the moment I walked in the door at MIM, I felt comfortable and supported. Patrick has a great ability to provide individual instruction to each person, within the class. His training methods are unique and he has the knowledge to support his methods. He encourages all of his students to achieve their very best - whatever that may be for them.
