Don't waste your time here. My experience here has been terrible from the beginning.

1. It's been a month since I was given a referral to another department and they haven't called me to schedule an appointment yet.
2. They DO NOT check MyChart.
3. At one point I was scheduled for an appointment on a day my doctor was off. I waited 3 months for that.
4. Switched doctors and I was forgotten in a room for so long the LIGHT TURNED OFF. I had to find staff to let them know I was still there. 45 minutes later I finally got to see the doctor just so I could get approval to go downstairs and get blood work done. Which took less than 5 minutes.

Very bad service
They let you wait forever every single appointment !!
No refill prescription !
Literally they don't have any service except make you Mad 😡

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Chima Chionuma
I waited a long time for the appointment, but it was completely useless. She didn’t give any referrals or start the diagnostic process for my child. The doctor showed total indifference and lack of professionalism, and even started the appointment late. This place is awful, I would never recommend it to any parent.
