I very rarely will write reviews, but I was so shocked by the reception of this staff that I genuinely feel bad not warning others about this practice. I simply called because I am newly graduated and looking for a new PCM. Before I could even finish my sentence I was interrupted and simply told “No”, then hung up on. I have been a patient in this clinic for more than 15 years since when Dr. Castro was there, a wonderful doctor. After he left the clinic, starting from the reception, they all have bad treatment and bad attention. Reception is in full control of this practice. They act like they don’t want you to be seen and do everything possible to give you a hard time to see your doctor. Terrible attitudes and enjoy giving people bad news. It makes their day to tell patients they can’t get what they need. They automatically assume the answer to everything is “No”. Act like signing people in and clicking a couple buttons is more important than your health. Good luck getting the golden ticket from a secretary to see a Doctor.
