The owners are super accommodating and provide excellent service, making it a preferred choice. This facility offers a loving, home-like atmosphere where pets are well cared for, treated like family, and always come back from grooming with the softest and fluffiest coats.
Bentley, a saint bernard, with severe seizures that were coming at home, groomers and the vet. Shear Magic took such caring time with him to acclimate him there so ( with his meds) he had a wonderful grooming experience 1st time and there after. The staff is warm, welcoming and very dog knowledgeable. Bentley enjoys going and we are so grateful.
Our Shiloh Shepherd has been going to Shear Magic for grooming, daycare and boarding for over 3 years. The staff is amazing with her, they’re always so helpful and welcoming. We know she is loved, happy and safe there, which is an amazing feeling- especially when away on vacations. We don’t know where we would be without Shear Magic and Kristen!
My boys Archie and Levi have been coming here for over a year now and I have to say, this place is phenomenal. We were very weary about ever putting our dogs in daycare/boarding until we heard about Shear Magic and how they treat the dogs. We decided to give them a shot and I am so happy we did. They are super accommodating, have been there through thick and thin for my boys, and offered so much advice to this first time dog mom. My boys would not be how they are today without Shear Magic's help and I am so grateful for that! They get so excited when they know it's a daycare day, they love Shear Magic too!
