Scott was nice and very professional. He called before he came. Did they job well and even wanted us to hear what was being taken out of the ducts. It was not an all day process which was great. We will call again.
These guys were great - they came down to our place in Ithaca and cleaned our dirty, nasty rental house's air ducts. Our landlord is one of those guys who thinks they are DIY Kings and the house was a holy hot mess of a disaster. Chris and Scott came, spent four hours cleaning the ducts and showing my husband little things that may need to be done to boost the longevity and productivity of our house's internal workings. They gave my husband tips of what is and is not permissible per building code and were so very friendly and helpful! We turned on the heat and it works great and we feel a lot safer with the ducts cleaned!
