Great, quick service. Very knowledgeable and they are clearly interested in providing the best service at a very reasonable cost. I called them expecting to pay them to come to the house as I had lost the key to our front door. To my surprise, they offered 2 options - if they came to the house, the service call would be s120, but if I brought the lock in to them they would make new keys for $15. I took the lock to them and within 10 minutes I had the new keys. I was extremely pleased with their service and their obvious desire to provide great service at a very reasonable cost.

Probably the only guys who carry premium cutlery brands. Personally bought a Spyderco Para 2. And they actually have someone staffed for the knives. Very up to date and knowledgeable with just about every single sharp thing in that store.

Fradon Lock Is simply the very best in Lock Service and many many other things you would not expect from the locksmith in Syracuse New York. The staff is the friendliest most knowledgeable staff in the city. They will take care of you just as nicely as if you were buying a $3000 safe or were simply have a key made for less than a dollar! They are fine fine people. In addition they make keys for new cars with those electronica keys. They make everything and they've got everything the shop including glow in the dark dog collars.
