I was interested in a service that was booked 3 weeks out. I made an appointment online for a consult - or at least I clicked schedule a consult- it said it was free but when I went to book a time for the consult it asked for a $75 deposit for a service. It didn't mention anything about non refundable. The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to appointment. So I booked what I thought was a free consultation. Unfortunately when I talked to my doctor, due to upcoming procedures, they asked me to not get the treatment. I chose Rejuvenation Day Spa because of the google reviews but unfortunately, although my esthetician was very nice, I did not have a good experience. This is my first google review and I'm only writing in because I wish someone else had shared their experience before I threw away $75.To summarize:- I had leftover mascara residue on my skin after a "deep cleansing facial," hence my skin was not cleansed properly in the beginning- I did not receive any extractions and I can see without a magnifying lamp or bright light that I have clogged pores on chin and nose that would have greatly benefited from extraction (I confirmed on the phone prior that I would... read full review
I am someone who loves locations that are unique and I especially enjoy non-commercial small businesses where you get the personalized attention you need to relax. This place has a adorable quaintness in all the rooms. Staff were so warm and friendly, and of course they were most of all very professional. Loved the my whole experience and the Massage was excellent.
