This organization has the worst customer service of any medical billing company I've worked with. They billed me for a service rendered over 4 months after the fact after I had left my former employer and didn't have the means to pay the bill. Apparently the delay in billing was a "system error" and in no way their fault or responsibility. Seeing now how they run their company and treat their customers I will avoid working with them in the future.

Our office uses Practice Resources for IT support. They've helped us through server upgrades, new software installations, and countless other IT headaches. Can't recommend them enough!
