Had A/C stop working during this week of record high temps. Called mid-afternoon and Tim came next day. Found the issue was faulty fan motor. Got one the following day and got me cooling in short order. As for cost, extremely reasonable. Ten stars are not enough!
Around 7:00 pm yesterday I found a water leakage on a pipe in the laundry room. Called Potter HVAC & Plumbing and 45 minutes later, Gunner showed up. He replaced a rusty copper pipe in an hour.The whole experience is almost a joy, though I wouldn't pray for another water leak.Services: A/C system maintenance
Boiler went down so we had no hot water, heat, etc. They were extremely responsive and had someone to the house within an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and had us up and running within a half hour. Highly recommend! EricServices: Cleaning
