All of the staff are incredibly kind and always willing to explain any and every part of the treatment. The nurses ask about your comfortability for each session which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend Milan Laser Syracuse to anyone in the area looking to stop shaving for good.

This place is great. I was really hesitant because I couldn't stop thinking of that scene from Austin Powers where Dr evil puts laser beams on the sharks head. Those sharks were really scary. Fortunately for me, the nice woman lasering me didn't look anything like a shark! What a relief.
