Such a professional and welcoming business! They are all great. During my consultation, they had a wonderful presentation that laid out all of their service, policies and procedures, with no expectation of buying that day. There was no pressure at all. They listened to all of my insecurities regarding hair growth and made me feel really comfortable while answering all of my questions. On my first treatment, I was very nervous but Immediately, as soon as I walked into the door, everyone made me feel so welcomed, and talked me through the whole procedure. The nurse I had was great. I just finished the fourth of eight planned sessions, and I have to say this place is fantastic. The staff is cheerful and welcoming in general. The laser techs are careful, caring, thorough, and responsive. Plus lifetime touchups were included in my plan.

I have been a patient at this clinic since May 2023. I am already in my section 8 to remove the hairs from my chin and upper lip area. I am very happy with the results. The hair growth has decreased by at least 80%. The staff at the Syracuse NY clinic is wonderful and special. I love the nurse Justice C. I think that's her name. For me, she is one of the best. They are all good, but she is my favorite.
