“I was visiting Syracuse from Silicon Valley and decided to try Fresh out for a manicure. I'm so glad I did! Everyone there was more friendly than any nail tech I've ever experienced in CA and the manicure was excellent and reasonably priced. The salon is in a cool converted home and truly seems part of the neighborhood. It smelled delicious inside - I never got even a whiff of that usual antiseptic strong nail spa smell. I needed acrylic nails removed and was dreading the usual discomfort and rough treatment of having them chipped and drilled off. Instead they were gently removed and my nails beneath were preserved. I'm embarrassed that I cannot remember the nail tech's name but she was amazing. She suggested a dip manicure and they had lots of great colors to choose from. The experience was completed with a wonderful house made gingerbread hand scrub and lotion. I left with awesome nails and also bought a tub of the gingerbread lotion. “Fabulous first time appt with Mona and Shakia! They both were so knowledgeable regarding my extensions that another salon in Pa put in. My hair was becoming very thin and straggly after a year at the other salon. They showed me the knots that were being tied in my hair to hold my extensions in. I’m incredibly thankful to both of them for taking 5 hours to comb them out, redoing them, a color and a gorgeous cut done by Mona! I will never go anywhere else now that I’ve been educated and serviced by them. Thank you, ladies! I love my hair!!“

So I immediately got help from Sydney & I explained to her what’s been going on with my skin and how I didn’t know what was causing it to react the way it was. So she immediately examined my face and told me what’s going on& suggested 2 acne treatments & she helped me till I had no questions! I loved her customer service and was willing to navigate and help me through everything. She really did make my day& the products she suggested definitely has been helping my skin out as well!
