I Highly recommend Melo Roofing! They were meticulous from start to finish . Starting with a fair estimate knowledgeable on the product and service that they offer. The work was completed and fully cleaned up in a timely manner ( I have a new pup and was worried about nails and such and there wasn’t one nail or any other debris to be found )! I was kept informed of the progress step by step via text message throughout the completion of the job ! My roof looks fabulous, the guys were kind and respectful and my pup is safe ! Thank you ! Highly recommend Melo Roofing! Had a leak in our dining room late fall. Had Melo come out to take a look and give an estimate. Unfortunately for us the problem required a whole new roof. Melo worked diligently with us to expedite paperwork for financing to make sure they got the job done before the weather turned. Work crew showed up (the day after a snowstorm) earlier than expected and worked until the roof was done (well past daylight with headlamps!). Crew had to return the next day to finish cleanup as daylight had run out. They came back and finished cleaning as promised. They had 95% of debris gone. Honestly, one of the better experiences I’ve had with a home contractor. Brittany, Ashley, Elijah, and finally Jena, plus huge crew did an amazing team. Jena also walked through closeout, warranty, etc., very professional team.Started on time, finished on time, minimized damage to landscaping, cleaned up well. Highly recommend for service and replacement.
