Kelly is EXTREMELY unprofessional and then tried to say that I was being rude simply because I asked to speak directly to the NP that I had seen so that I could ask her for a recommendation to another office. Kelly made financial assumptions that I could not afford testing if my insurance did not cover it with a preauthorization. When I told her that’s not how that insurance works she then argued with me that she had personally gone through an accident where HER specific insurance would not pay and therefore since that happens “all the time” they would not see me without me paying up front for testing. It's OK but I did not like having all of the tests and doctor keeps raising the meds and this place is not very nice some of the people that work there are not friendly I am find someplace closer two me.

Very unprofessional. I went here to get nerve testing done, the doctors were okay but the receptionists were not. The receptionist I spoke with when setting up the appointment said they accepted my insurance. I asked when I was in the office checking in for my first appointment. The receptionist confirmed again that they accepted my insurance and would let me know if they needed anything from me. To add to it, while I was in the waiting room, the receptionists were overheard gossiping and you could see facebook on their computer screens.
