I had my second son in May 2020 (C-section at 36 weeks, born 5 lbs) - just 5 weeks after the Covid-19 Pandemic lockdown started. My first son was born almost 18-years prior in a different state. A lot had changed!
When my first son was born, it was not a requirement to already have a pediatrician and to have said pediatrician to evaluate your baby prior to being discharged from the hospital. When we were told that information, I was caught off guard. With the pandemic in its scariest and most dangerous phase, no doctor’s office was accepting new patients and if so, they were not taking routine appointments.

Had my twins back in December and was referred to this office. Cannot say enough about Dr. Bo and his staff. They are truly amazing. Whenever I need a last minute appointment, they always find a spot open the same day.
I love the doctors and nurses they’re so awesome but my only problem is the receptionist she is not a pleasant person and don’t seem like she like her job at all her customers service is not good in person and in emailing as well.
