Kim is so nice and friendly. She truly makes every visit a great experience. I always get exactly what I ask for, and she’s incredibly patient, making sure she fully understands what I want before getting started. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair.
What I love most is how she always goes the extra mile. Whether it’s taking time to adjust something or checking in throughout the appointment, she makes sure I’m comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. She’s also great at making recommendations when I’m unsure, and they always turn out better than I imagined.
Best haircut / style I've gotten in Syracuse!!!! This was my first visit and Kim nailed exactly what I wanted - that's been a rarity for me because of my fine hair. I'm so happy!

The owner is absolutely beautiful and she loves to get to know her clients, she’s been in the industry for over 25 years as well so she’s very credible. She understands and executes everything she does very professionally. The atmosphere is very cozy as there is a decent sized waiting room that always has coffee and snacks. One of the best gems / salons in Syracuse!
