Called Jay because we had a dryer break on us, got our appointment scheduled for a pretty quick timeframe which was amazing. He gave me a call before leaving and called when he arrived on request since I had to put away our dogs. When he took a look at our dryer he was extremely efficient when it came to identifying and resolving the issue! Very professional and pleasant to work with, and now I have a dryer that works like a dream at a fantastic price!We will absolutely be using Jay for all appliance needs and highly recommend this business!

Not only was Jay extremely pleasant and professional but he arrived on time (both times he came to my home) and made what could have been a tough job look very easy. I am extremely pleased with the service Jay and his team provided. I would highly recommend giving Jay's a call if you live in the Syracuse area and need an appliance looked at.
