“We had a great experience with Pink Rose and Rick who performed the repairs we requested. Rick was very friendly and completely professional. Rick arrived on time for the estimate and the actual repair work, reviewed the work we requested, made his estimate right away and determined that he would be able to complete the work at a later date. Rick was very thorough as he explained all of the steps in the process to get the work done and what my payment options were. After we agreed on our course of action and the date/time that the work would be completed, Rick obtained the materials, performed the work and reviewed what he had done after completion (including answering our questions). Making the payment was easy and all of the work (including 2 coats of paint on the repaired window trim) was completed by mid-morning after just a couple of hours. I really appreciate Pink Rose's ability to facilitate the contact with a skilled professional such as Rick and to provide a solid framework for conducting a business transaction of this kind.
