We hired Josh to help look after an issue in our basement. Although it was a much more extensive project than anticipated, he prioritized getting it done for us and was very thorough. We appreciated how well he communicated his progress and what he was discovering as he went. Josh was more than prompt from the initial consultation to the end of the process. I hired him in Sept. 2021 to investigate basement mold. He was happy to answer my many questions about the process of remediation, and the environmentally friendly method that he provided.In addition, he went out of his way to point out the source of a possible leak from the combination of a young tree's roots and brambles that retained an excess of water very close to the foundation of the house. Not only that, but he took down the tree and hauled it away for no extra charge.It's been several months and after diligent maintenance with a second dehumidifier that Josh also recommended, the mold has not returned.He both knows his trade well and is a stellar professional to work with. Reasonable and clear up front pricing scheme. Excellent communication throughout the course of a project. Highly recommended!

Josh was prompt, reasonably priced and courteous. Due to a health issue (kidney transplant) we needed it taken care of quickly. Within 4 days he had inspected and taken care of attic, basement, and a closet. Very impressed and grateful for his services.
