This establishment cannot be trusted ,After I paid for my son’s service in full , Mr Garland went behind my back and submitted paperwork to crime victim services and got paid again and never gave me a refund for the over payment, to this day he never gave me a copy of my son’s death certificate. ?
Charles and the Staff were very pleasant to work with. My family and I appreciate all of the help we were given during this difficult time. They did their absolute best concerning our dad's appearance under the circumstances. In total, we are pleased with the services we were provided by Garland Brothers.
I sent a card for the family and they never gave the family the card. I was told by the card company if arrived after the funeral the funeral company would forward it to the family. This is unacceptable
