Amazing!! Called on a Sunday frantic leaving messages. They came out first thing Monday morning while still having other appointments ahead of me and changed everything I needed and more! Adjusted the doors etc. Shawn was amazing made me feel calm secure and comfortable. He was super professional and efficient. Didn’t mind my dogs and the mess and had a smile every time I spoke with him. His work was exceptional! Made a crazy situation feel so much better and put my mind at ease!! Thank you!! Oh and prices were excellent!

I never thought I'd be writing a glowing review for a locksmith, but here I am, raving about Fradon Lock Co Inc! I mean, they only made a single key for me, but the experience was so top-notch, I feel like I need to spread the love. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty (or at least, like a valued customer). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was in good hands. From keys to darts to cutlery... Meaning pocket knives and larger and all sorts of things you'd never expect... Like an in house dart throwing range to test the darts you might buy! Super cool! ?
