I highly recommend Fire and Water Restoration LLC. We had a water issue in our basement due to a hot water tank issue. My insurance agent recommended them and from my first phone call, I felt confident I called the right place. They came out within a couple hours and explained everything they were going to do and started to remedy the water issue. We had many questions and concerns, which were all answered and helped us feel confident with their procedures to take care of the water and prevent mold issues.

Great people! They have the right equipment and expertise to get the job done right. They specialize in getting the property ready for reconstruction after water and fire damage. Dried out, clean and mold free. Although they don't do reconstruction like the previous reviewer complains about, you have to be careful what you wish for. Most companies that try to do both, do not perform both services well. You want a specialist for each part of the job. Not a jack of all trades. If you have fire or water damage, these are the guys and gals to call!

This group really knows what they're doing. They dried out our floors, walls, and ceilings after a leaky water line connection to a new refrigerator installed by Best Buy flooded part of our house. They thoroughly documented the damage and repairs and billed Best Buys' insurance company directly. They basically gave us back our house.
