As a new patient coming in from out of town, only for the summer, I found the staff very helpful, friendly, and professional, in response to an urgent issue that arose for me. Dr. Rob Becker was especially cordial, thorough, and responsive to questions. The Cazenovia facility was convenient and comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with the care I received. --RP

Saw Dr. Joe today for the 1st time. Was a great experience all around. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, eye assistant was very helpful and explained everything to me when I had questions, and Dr. Joe was great. He was extremely personable, addressed all of my concerns, and helped guide me to what would work best for me. Thank You!

I highly recommend this eye care facility. I had an eye emergency and they were able to fit me in right before closing. I was desperate as my eye was swollen shut and needed attention. My regular Dr was unavailable, However Dr Devito was able to see me and helped me get my eye cleared up in 4 days. I really thought I was going to loose my eye but with guidance and correct meds I was so happy to have a full recovery. The staff were amazing and all of them showed concern and compassion. this place! Thanks for all you guys/gals do each and every day.
