Everyone at this location was wonderful and friendly. Very patient while I took close to an hour to choose frames. They were prompt, nice, smiley and thorough. Can't wait for my glasses and contacts
Dr Gordon at the Shop City Visionworks is very professional and pleasant giving me my eye exam. I've been going to him for years as well as my whole family. Wouldn't trust anyone else. His assistant Laverne was a dream, helping me understand my insurance and getting the most out of it with the least out of pocket expense. Very personable office to go to. Minimal wait time for me.
I went in to make an appointment At Visionworks in the shop city Plaza, where I’ve been going for decades…. And was told by the very friendly and welcoming staff I could do my eye appointment right then and there as there had been a cancellation that night saving me the trouble of having to take time off from work, It was a nice surprise. I have been coming here for many years as Dr Gordon is the best.
He does a very thorough exam, checking on the health of my eyes and then if need be prescribing a new prescription for contact lenses and a new pair of glasses which by the way, I should be picking up any day now, so thanks again to the great staff... read full review
