The care that I got from all the associates was truly amazing and made me feel like they cared and to get customer care like that these days is so hard to find that I will not go to anyone else for my eye care!!!! I truly appreciate Visionworks on West Genesse St they go above and beyond!!!!!
You are all very accommodating when I made the appointment and then had to change. I loved the reminder text that came to me. When I reported for my appointment I was greeted with such kindness and promptly took me into the examining room. The woman that performed intake information and the preliminary exams was so amazingly friendly and reassuring! The doctor that performed the eye tests was very informative, professional and outright kind. Then the woman that helped me pick out my glasses seemed so genuine in her opinion about which frames and the options for my lenses. I have to put a good review out here for Visionworks in Fairmount and a man by the name of Steve Wilson. I was very unhappy with my glasses which were falling apart and could get nowhere with the call center. Steve called me. He was very patient when I was very frustrated. He said, even though my glasses were now seven months old, he wanted to replace them. I just went in, picked out two new pairs that he had waiting for me to try, that were far more expensive than what I purchased and Much more sturdy. He included a lens care kit and charged me nothing. I paid nothing more than I paid for the old set and these are far better. Everyone should offer this kind of service.... read full review
