My experiences at this place start here from the time I made the appointment the gentleman on the other end was very fast and accurate he got me an almost immediately within a 4-day period when I got to my appointment they got me checked in almost immediately I waited probably about 10 minutes or so I went to the back room to see the first lady which does your first two eye exams with two separate machines absolutely amazing customer service skills were great the next I had to wait a little while to see the doctor I was a little disappointed in that but I saw the doctor his service was very attentive and he went over a lot of things but he didn't seem like he really... read full review

I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, but they took me in right away. The clinical representatives explained every aspect of the tests. The doctor found cateracts and explained the process for fixing my eyes. This put me at ease. The staff helped me find the perfect pair which fit me and my personality. I am excited to get my glasses!

Since I have been getting my lenses on Erie Blvd Vision work my vision experience is really good. And I can say this time was perfect! I can see well, the staff has the patience to assist you and help you as their best. I have to say thank you to the staff and management for all the help. Thank you so much
