Jeanne, the owner, has been cutting my hair for quite a long time and I continue to go to Emerald City because of the quality of the cut as well as the friendly, professional atmosphere. It's a pretty salon and very clean. Services are reasonably priced and I love that, if my cut is early in the day, I can get that second cup of coffee! A great place!Service: Haircut

I went to Supercuts for years, and boy was I missing out. Carol and all the staff have years of experiencing cutting hair and hairdressing. They actually care to get to know you, unlike many of the big box chain. Also 15 dollars for a men's hair cut cut with scissors instead of clippers is a great value.
