Trained out of here in Jamaica, NY since I was six or seven years old. Grandmaster Ronald Duncan Sr was an excellent teacher. His discipline was unlike any other Sensei (at the time) I have ever had. He could instill hardcore training while maintaing a calm demeanor. Everyone else who I have seen train with or under him are some of the best martial artist I have known.
