Don't bother. Seems they are just peddling memberships. They stopped returning any emails or calls once we joined as a member. took our info and promised to assist in benefits claims and did nothing after the original rejection. Had to hire a lawyer to finish the claim, cost us $10k,thatshould have been free through DAV. This is the main benefit they tout for their members with or without a paid membership.
