I had taken my son (3yrs old) to 3-4 places prior to Collins Barber Shop no one could cut my son’s hair the right way. Now that I took him to Collins I wont take him anywhere else. Tyson is who we've had from the start and my son’s hair both times looked so amazing. He is the only barber who knows how to cut around my son’s cowlick and not have hairs sticking out weird and knows how to work with his weird hair pattern (i cant speak on other barbers at Collins we've only had Tyson). I’ve been going there for years! A staple of our black community. I only hope I continue to grow hair for them to cut (male-pattern baldness is a drag), though they do beard trimming too (with a razor for a clean, sharp look). Try to book an appointment first

I have gone to Collins Barber Shop for years. They used to be on South Crouse and are now in Erie Blvd East. It's the same high quality service in a new location. Both Tyson and Charleston have cut my hair (mostly Tyson). I appreciate their attention to detail and the care they take. And for me, the price is right! No need to go to a beauty salon, when a barber can give me the look I need!
