Our oven stopped heating and we were referred to Appliance Parts Warehouse we need a heating element and the gentleman who helped us found the correct part now it is working again. We would definitely go back!!!!
Appliance Parts Warehouse USA in Syracuse has been critical in keeping my washer/dryer and dishwasher all functioning for a few years now. Seems like whenever I call they have the part in stock or are quick to offer to get if they don’t. In the Syracuse area it’s nice to have somewhere to get appliance parts for those of us DIYers and businesses alike. I know it’s easy to “go online” to get what you need but whenever possible I prefer to keep my money local. Always a pleasure on the phone and in person!
My in-laws refrigerator freezer was not working. The freezer was very cold, but the refrigerator was hot.
Called them with this problem and they thought it was the Defrost thermostat In the freezer as the condenser was all kicked up with ice
After removing all the ice we installed the thermostat and I was very Happy with the result and their advice
