Justin, Lacie and the team are such professionals. They are organized from the business end, and the work they did was top notch. They made my floors look new again! I had severe cupping issues and the sanding technique they used took it all down beautifully. The clean up mess from sanding was minimal as they took great care setting up and prepping. They were very reliable on the job timing, start to finish. I highly recommend 315 for hardwoods floor work. Great Job!!

315 Hardwoods refinished the battered 100 year old wood floors in my house, and I could not be more pleased with how they look. They went above beyond, even building new molding for a tiled area in the entryway. My floors look beautiful, and I feel like I’m moving into a new house!

The job was refinishing our hardwood kitchen floor (October 2023). The communication was very good, with written guidelines for preparation, what to expect, etc. They seemed to be juggling a lot of jobs, but did get back quickly in response to my inquiries. I like dealing with local owner/workers like Justin and Lacie. They were courteous and also businesslike (e.g., billing). Three coats were done in 3 workdays and the floor looks like new. I did not compare prices but their price and timeframe met my expectations. I would definitely recommend and will hire them for future jobs.
