Great place for hit yoga. I've take yoga at other places where they cram too many people in. Here they have markings on the floor so no one's mat is on top of another's The place is very clean and has great amenities. I like the music for the classes which is more current and not typical yoga studio music. I also like the clean showers, towels and shampoo. I am not always going home and I am usually drenched after the work out. The basic plan is very affordable and similar to the pricing of other studios I have been to.
Modern Improvement is a great hot yoga studio to relax your mind as well as strengthen your body. The staff are very welcoming plus the smoothies are delicious and weight watchers friendly!
The staff is wonderful and friendly. The instructors are helpful. There’s no pressure for inexperienced students. The smooth WNS is wonderful.I’ve getting that everytime when I am here ..
