Every encounter that we have at Jericho animal hospital is top notch!!! Amazing facility and staff! Had an amazing issue with our elderly cat. She is skittish and the staff was phenomenal. Joanne at the front desk was lovely. Dr. Harris took the time to explain everything to me, in terms I understand! Danielle who assisted Dr. Harris was amazing and truly kept Shiloh at ease. The staff followed up the next day and when her bloodwork came in another doctor called to explain it to me and how it alters the treatment plan. We have an 11-year-old dog who went through ITP and is now in remission. Dr. Elitsur worked with us through her entire treatment and basically saved her life. Without Dr. Elitsur and the team, we couldn’t imagine our dog being so healthy, energetic, and happy at her age! We are beyond thankful for the vets and technicians, who not only cared for our dog but also supported our family through it all. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and gentle. Thank you!
