Been seeing Ellen for about 6 ish years she is at both syosset and bellmore locations and she is AMAIZNG! Friendly and helpful and i've never left unhappy with my eyebrows ( tinted / waxed& threaded). She takes her time to make sure they are perfect never rushed which i love. Place is always clean. highly reccomend!

I only recommend being seen by Ray or Ellen, I had to come back after being seen by Manisha and she didn’t fix what I asked her to fix, she then hits my hand away with the mirror as I’m pointing it out. I brought it to her attention and she pretended like she didn’t hear me. She did not tweeze the hairs on the lid like most places do, she just threaded them off. I called the place to speak to the manager after contemplating whether I was going to walk away or get my moneys worth and Manisha hung up on me. Manisha at Syosset location is my go to for eyebrows. She is so talented. She waxes, and tweezes for me, and threads for my sisters. Must try her out! She’s amazing.Service: Waxing
