I had a very negative experience with this business's social media manager. The business owner seems to believe that only people who have been in the store are allowed to leave reviews. Maybe conduct your business more professionally online (this is part of your business by the way) if you don't want to see negative reviews.

The best hair and nail salon in town. Don't look anywhere else. Caroline will take great care of you and make sure you're fully satisfied. She is very talented in makeup and fun nail designs. She can do makeup for weddings and special occasions. Excellent service. 100% recommend

Caroline and Marjory are always so welcoming and are just all around awesome. Marjory always makes my hair look beautiful and clearly knows what she's doing!Caroline is super creative and I literally always LOVE my nails. I'm very indecisive so I pretty much always just trust her judgement and she has never once done something that didn't look beautiful. She has such an eye for what colors go well together, and thinks of the coolest ideas. The quality of her work is also great. I've literally gone a month before needing to have my nails redone at Gloss.
