Raul-Freddie and his team were so considerate and professional in arranging to do the work. They did a perfect job and used the highest grade urethane after superbly sanding and prepping my floor. They were conscientious, polite and on time, and the price was more than fair. My home was left immaculately clean afterwards. After many years of dealing with contractors I unqualifyingly recommend them as top of the list in work ethic, professionalism and customer relations. We got to Freddie in crisis mode, and he turned out to be the greatest blessing. As part of a larger remodel, we had scheduled another company for floor work. On the day they were supposed to begin work, they informed us that everyone at the company was sick—and cancelled on us. So we contacted Freddie, and he was instantly warm and understanding. He spoke with some of his other clients, and maneuvered his team’s schedule to get us started quickly. His attitude, materials, and finished product are all impeccable.
