Lots of work done incorrectly! Kitchen cabinets not installed properly, siding already falling off due to not being installed properly, and the biggest mess, our bathroom! Hired a professional contractor to fix our bathroom that has been leaking. Apparently LHC used incorrect grout and did not use correct water sealing products, they skimmed! After initial install I had lhc come back 3 times to fix this, clearly never did it right. On top of this after our home was completed and LHC stopped returning our phone calls, we found our LHC never paid the heating company that installed our heating unit. So many things done incorrectly. This guy is a con.

After the house was installed they will NOT return your calls or fix ANYTHING that goes wrong with the house, and there was plenty! Shingles not properly installed, electric outlets don't all work, cracks in the walls, snow blows in the upstairs! This is just the tip of the iceberg. This guy is a crook. He was paid in full and had no reason to not honor the work his company did.DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!

Worst experience. Lhc will be your friend and tell you the home has a 10 years warranty but good luck and sell you a great story. Within a year our foundation had cracks that were leaking some water. Lhc was contacted several times and they NEVER reached out to Mike Bishop(who poured the foundation) to have it addressed. They tried to hide the fact that they didn't put down the fabric prior to putting gravel down, which is part of the quote. The stairs were billed to me after install when we already agreed for him to put them in as part of the cost. Throughout the 7 years since the house was built there have been issues with the work done by lhc, not by the factory. The windows upstairs were installed wrong and leak air because they were not shimmed correctly. Again, lhc was called several times over the years and they have never come out to even look at it, even though they said they would. The house is very well built coming from simplex but you can tell where lhc touched it. Finish work is disgustingly bad and corners were cut all over and I, as a hobby carpenter have done much better work than they did. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. Jerry will no longer return my calls to fix the windows that fall under the ten year warranty. This is a nightmare company to work for. Go to anyone else but him, trust me, you will be let down. The pictures are of windows that were installed by LHC. I haven't been able to figure out why the windows were leaking air all over. Once I removed the siding the I found that the top of the wasn't even nailed in the entire way. This is a double window so it is Almost 5 feet long. Flies and bees were getting into the house through this gap as well. Many gaps around the entire window, not air tight. I suspect the other windows are the same since the same coward installed them. This is entirely poor workmanship. DO NOT HIRE LHC, you will regret it!
