The worst customer service I have ever encountered . After paying the company a spring maintenance fee our water feature stopped working within a couple weeks. I couldn’t even get a technician on the phone to help troubleshoot. The secretary Tina was rude and not helpful, saying the team was “too busy” to even give me a phone call. The previous owners of the house used this company for over 20 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers, completely unprofessional.We ended up going with a new company that had a technician out right away, they figured out the problem with our feature and was able to fix it that day. The previous owners of the house used this company for over 20 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers, completely unprofessional. We ended up going with a new company that had a technician out right away, they figured out the problem with our feature and was able to fix it that day. Do yourself a favor and don't go with this company, maybe at first they will be responsive but once they get their money they can't even call you back. The new company we went with mentioned that they are getting more and more calls from unhappy customers from Glencar, their customer service has gone way down and doing sloppy work.
