Sandra's Unisex Hair Salon is a clean establishment with a nice friendly atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and professional, providing excellent service. Customers report always having a pleasant experience and coming out looking fabulous. The salon is particularly recommended for its ability to care for natural afro hair. Talented hairdressers provide great haircuts, styles, and amazing color work. The salon sits on the second level of a strip mall. The staircase can become slippery and there is an elevator, though some find it questionable. The price is average, but the ventilation could be better, sometimes leaving a haze in the air from the heat and product. The hairdressers can also be very loud when talking to each other.
I really liked the service. I just dropped in with my grandson, and was asked to come back at a later time which I was not annoyed because I had asked for a particular person to cut my grandsons hair. To my surprise, I was called back a lot earlier to come back in and it was well worth it because my grandson loved his haircut and style. The gentlemen was happy and so was I. There was no better way to end that evening but to have a happy and greatfull grandson. Thank you
The beauty salon is clean and the hair dresser I used Mari, does an excellent job . The price is average but the ventilation could be better. There is a haze in the air from all the heat and product that I rarely notice in other locations. Also the hairdressers are very loud when they talk to each other in their native language . The salon sits on the second level of a strip mall and the stairs can become slippery . There is an elevator which I would not use because if its anything like the questionable staircase , its a hazard waiting to happen. If ur handicap I would not recommend this salon.
I was recommended to Sandra's by a friend over a year ago. I never went back to my old hairdresser! Kind and professional summarizes my experience over the last year. I entrust Marielle with my hair..but Kayla did an awesome job one time as well. Thank you ladies for the ability to care for natural afro hair!!!!
