- Primo managed subcontractors needed to navigate sewer drains, fences, etc.
- Even after the last check was paid, Primo and Vincent came back to re-seed, clean up mulch, and educate us on how to maintain our new backyard.

Mr. Gomes was very responsive and kept us in the loop through every step of the way. The pavers provided by Unilock are flawless and so anesthetically beautiful and great quality. “This review if for Woodland Tree Service, which is affiliated with Living Earth Landscape Design in Suffern, NY. These guys are awesome. They showed up as scheduled despite an intense thunder/lightning storm; they waited until there was no more lightning danger and worked in the rain until dark to remove two huge trees next to my house. They returned with the stump grinder early the next morning to eliminate the stumps, remove the large trunks from the previous day, prune a number of other trees, chip the smaller limbs and cut the larger ones into firewood-sized logs for me, and then did an incredible job cleaning up my roof and yard. They also laid down plywood on my lawn to protect it from the heavy equipment. All this for a price that was 60% lower than the highest quote I received and only slightly more than than lowest quote (from a company that didn't have the same stellar ratings as Woodland and wouldn't have been able to do the work for 2 more months). Very friendly owner, receptionist, and overall staff. I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provided.“

“We have been customers since Hurricane Sandy. Our house was hit by a tree, damaging our roof. We contacted Better Homes and Yards and they came immediately to help. Mike got the tree safely off the house and placed a tarp over the damaged spots. Our previous landscaper was quite expensive for the weekly services we required. Better Homes and Yards offered very competitive prices for a high quality job. In addition, our previous landscaper was often unavailable when we had questions or wanted other services. We wanted to do an aesthetic upgrade to our landscaping, unsure of the layout and what we wanted; we were not knowledgeable of what plants/bushes to use. “I rarely do this, but I'm leaving town and I want to acknowledge the best businesses in the area before I go. Robert did all the drainage work on our property over the years and we went from having a basement that filled with water with every rain, to having a bone dry basement for the past 15 years. He landscaped while doing the drainage, so we ended up with a patio instead of a mud hill and a basketball pad next to the drive. He even delivered a basketball hoop to us on Christmas Eve so that when the kids woke the next morning...Santa had been there. My neighbor has used this company and regularly thanks me for the referral. This is an honest, talented and compassionate man. Please, if you need tree or drainage work, call this company first.“
