Karen and Rich run an impeccably clean and comfortable operation for your canine friends. I have struggled to find boarding accommodations for my dog Otis near Indian Lake, and reached out to Maple Lawn initially because of the excellent reviews and it being the closest boarding facility to Indian Lake. It is rare to find such a gem tucked away in what is quite a rural part of upstate NY. Karen and Rich took excellent care of Otis, where he had an opportunity to play and socialize with other dogs in a supervised environment to his heart's content. Maple Lawn Bed and Biscuit provides safe and comfortable accommodations for your beloved dogs. Karen and Rich took a chance on boarding our sweet older dog who has stranger anxiety. Because of their patience in dealing with our boy and their willingness to give him a chance, our dog now looks forward to staying at Maple Lawn. Our toy breed dog has also done very well in their care. We also appreciate the cleanliness and how well maintained the facility is. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t say more positive things about this place. We left our two frenchies here while we went on vacation. We were able to contact them everyday for updates as to how they were doing. Absolutely would recommend and will use them in the future!! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies.
