I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. You wait months to see a physician. By the time you see them your problem may or may not have subsided. Then they tell you to come back when you have a problem. I explained that I tried but the nearest appointment was fourth months out. They told me to take a picture of my problem next time. The doctors could not be more insincere if they tried. It’s a revolving door of patients. They just regurgitate scripted advice. I scheduled an appointment for acne and skin tags issues. When I check in they told me my ONLY COPAYMENT WAS $XX.00 and then after I enter, I explained doctor BRILEY JR. JAMES that I came for a cream for my acne issues and that I have one skin tag that was on my face. He said that he will remove it since it was very simple. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES if that was cover by my insurance, since I did not wanted to pay anything extra. Dr. BRILEY, checked on their system with his assistance before giving me an answer. I went here many years ago and I got a Dr that was so rude and nasty that the student mentioned that I could request another doctor. I still see his face in my mind after all these years, that's how bad my experience was.
