Yesterday I went and had three tests done, I’m usually a nervous wreck when it comes to needles and blood but the young woman Carissa was absolutely great we chatted and I was distracted the entire time quick and painless and she’s probably the first person who hasn’t left a huge bruise on my arm. The stonybrook location was easy to find, very clean and Carissa was great usually I find when going into a lab they are very rushed or kind of grumpy but that was not the case here I was greeted by a smile and a warm hello and no wait time at all I highly suggest everyone go here
I am updating my review. I had been waiting for a call back regarding the bill for a test. Customer service escalated request twice in 10 days and no one had called me back. I posted a review here and Natalie with Natera responded with her email address asking I reach out to her. She was able to answer my questions about my bill and sent me a copy so I could pay it. THANK YOU!
This site was easy to find and the woman who took the sample was more than kind . She was very friendly , probably one of the nicest people ive met in a medical facility in a very long time . She made me feel very comfortable and was so easy to talk to thank you so much Carissa !
