My 1st time going here. Tried it for my eyebrows waxing, and told her I wanted them cleaned up and thinned. Well she barely cleaned them up and definitely didn't thin them. When I asked her to do fix them she seemed annoyed, made me stand and just plucked a few hairs. Needlessly to say I'm not happy amd not going back. I don't recommend this place

I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure yesterday. I made an appointment for 3:30, and wasn't seated until 4 pm. The salon was going for quantity over quality. My gel was sloppily done and it was all over my skin which required the tech to file and pick some of it off. The tech also began filing my nails after the gel was done. This completely defeats the purpose of the seal the gel creates and is going to shorten the lifespan of the manicure. I asked her to please stop filing it several times, which she refused. Ultimately the manager got involved and I had to have a few fingers redone. I've been going to yumis for years, but will be finding a new nail salon now

I got my nails done by the manager, Lin. She was super sweet and professional. When I entered the salon, I was warmly welcomed and she showed me their colour selection. I got a gel manicure and it looks fantastic! I am beyond pleased with the salon, the staff, and the service. Will be coming back !
