Absolutely amazing facial. I had an introductory facial plus a microdermabrasion and I'm absolutely glowing (as much as a 62 year old broad can glow!). The woman who helped me was amazing, a true pro and just the right amount of conversation and quiet. My only issue (which is more on me than them) is that I felt pressured to buy product. Before I could come out of the room after dressing, the products she had mentioned were lined up for me to consider while I was paying. I didn't like that part. I didn't buy and I understand its part of their business, but it turned me off just a bit. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.
I really have nothing to compare my first facial to LOL! However I believe Lisa did a wonderful job, she was kind and made me feel comfortable. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it. She was knowledgeable about skincare and what my skin needed. I had expressed that I liked to use more natural products on my skin and she recommended the clarity brand which she used on my face and I loved the way it made my face look and feel. I ended up buying the trial size kit! Overall I had a really great experience at hand and stone.
I had such a wonderful experience here! From calling to make an appointment, to my service, to checking out/leaving, it was extremely pleasant and easy. I came in for a facial service with Elena, and I cannot recommend her enough! I have rosacea and it's been acting up more than usual, I came in thinking I'll just keep it simple and get a regular facial because I wasn't sure how my skin would react, but Elena took the time to talk to me about my concerns and explained different treatment options to give me the best outcome.
