“Called Allied when I lost power to my furnace at 5pm on a Saturday. On a day the temps were going to drop in the single digits. They gave me something to try over the phone first and it worked. Really appreciate the quick fix on a winter day.“

“The guys showed up at 0830 am to install a heat pump did a nice job explained everything to me and as I'm not a computer person left me all paper directions and a.c. is working as it is supposed to since install heat is terrible a.c. was great, summer of 2024 a.c. does not work runs 1hour off 8 minutes runs 32 minutes off 12 on 48 minutes they are changing thermostat. Now heat is on at 80° no a.c. at all they come back reads directions on thermostat, they call bosch and he set it up wrong when he left it was working but it was 64° outside so once it gets back up to 80° we will see if the thermostat was the problem or it is something else.“
