“The guys showed up at 0830 am to install a heat pump did a nice job explained everything to me and as I'm not a computer person left me all paper directions and a.c. is working as it is supposed to since install heat is terrible a.c. was great, summer of 2024 a.c. does not work runs 1hour off 8 minutes runs 32 minutes off 12 on 48 minutes they are changing thermostat. Now heat is on at 80° no a.c. at all they come back reads directions on thermostat, they call bosch and he set it up wrong when he left it was working but it was 64° outside so once it gets back up to 80° we will see if the thermostat was the problem or it is something else.“

“BIG Shout Out and Thank You! Tony Barres and M&R Heating and Air Conditioning!! It only took 30 years to happen but happened in an instant!! Having a home with Hot Water Baseboard Heat on a road that wasn't populated when it was constructed!! Started with Oil, then Gas, however with the baseboard, and the original construction, central air conditioning was non existent way back!! Just ask Tony!! Fast Forward....... Called Tony in desperation as our house had heated up to 90 degrees....he was here within 24 Hours and less than 2 days later BOOM! I have a blanket on Enjoying my Morning Joe!
