Excellent job taking down a very large diseased maple and a large ash tree - also diseased that were very close to my house and electrical wires. Arrived on time and were available sooner than any other companies I got estimates from. Prices extremely fair, communication was excellent regarding when they were coming and what to expect. Keith called me several times and kept me updated and they were very professional. Did a great job cleaning up as well as trimming a crabapple tree and 2 birch trees and cutting apple tree branches hanging over my roof on the back of the house. Highly recommend. Our neighbor used them to remove a large maple in her front yard near her house. And prune an apple tree touching the roof of her home. And remove one of the two overgrown birch trees near her driveway. Her place looks amazing now, and the sunlight really brightens it up. So, me being at home and nosey, I noticed: They were affordable (she had gotten five quotes and they were the best one) They were fast (the tree was down within an hour and cleaned up with the stump gone before noon) They were well prepared (they had competent people on well-maintained machinery that operated very efficiently) They were experienced (Scott, the owner, was on site with his team and had decades of experience) So, I was impressed and went over to ask them to quote me for the 4 large (80') unhealthy pine trees that were near my house. (My kids nicknamed them "nightmare trees" with their holes and diseased limbs and vines) Now. Tree service is expensive, but based on what I had seen happening for the last couple hours, it was obvious that it would be the best thing I would spend money on this year, so I asked if they were busy in the afternoon. So one guy came over, looked over the area and the trees, and we agreed to a price, which they said they'd take a discount in cash. Cool. They ground up the stump in my back yard (they didn't have to, but it was very kind of them) They gave me the wood chips (two piles taller than our minivan) I asked if they could help with some of the branches I had piled up in the back yard (the chipper I was using was doing poorly with them) and they really went above and beyond there as well. They cleaned up/raked up everything from the work that they did in a very efficient manner. They were gone before 4pm. The kids at home thought it was a great show from inside the house. These people didn't even stop for lunch. I was really surprised. I haven't seen people operate with that level of professionalism in a while, and I strongly recommend their services to anyone who needs tree work.
They were prompt, reliable and did a great job removing a huge old oak tree. Never dropped a branch on my lawn so no dents! Removed the stump and throughly cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased and would recommend them to everyone. Will use them again.
